New clients in the Pure Strength or Sport Specific program begin by completing an introductory coaching session where you’ll learn techniques for future success.  Trainees should plan to train 2-3 times weekly for optimal results.  Consistency is key!

CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM

At Noble Strength Rx, we offer a variety of training programs to fit your needs. Whether you prefer to train in-person, online, or through a supervised monthly program, we've got you covered. Our programs include:

PURE STRENGTH

This is a twelve week program that focuses on pure strength development and the movements required to develop all the major muscles of the body.  This program will change your life!

PURE CORE

Focus your training on the “power house” and develop the muscles around your hips, back, and abdominals. Great for moms and dads and ayone wanting to improve performance at golf, tennis, running, swimming, kicking and throwing sports.

FLEXABILITY AND POSTURE

Build strong posture and work on improving range of motion in your hips, upper back, and shoulders. Ideal for anyone that wants to ease into strength or performance training or anyone wanting to feel better moving.

METABOLIC CIRCUTS

Burn calories and sweat! This program is for anyone that wants to have fun, burn calories, and experience different training methods. If you want to keep your workouts fresh, and challenging, metabolic circuits is for you. These workouts make you feel fit and energized!  

SPORT SPECIFIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Ideal for developing athletes or weekend warriors wanting to enhance performance at life or sport.  Improve your strength, agility, acceleration, and general athletic ability with this training method.

RATES AND
PACKAGE OPTIONS

Introduction to strength training, $150 (required before enrolling in the Pure Strength program and Sport Specific training program):

  • Two (2) 45-60 minute, private coaching sessions;

  • Learn techniques to strength train safely and effectively;

  • Define goals;

  • Discuss individual needs;

  • At Noble Strength Rx (Broadalbin, NY) or online.

 

Four-Week training cycle: Paid in-full rates

  • Two sessions per week: $520.00 per month / per session cost is $65.00

  • Three sessions per week: $600.00 per month / per session cost is $50.00

    • Payment must be received prior to the start of each training cycle.

    • Sessions duration is 45-60 minutes

    • At Noble Strength Rx or online

 

Remote programming (most cost-effective)  

  • Must have access to have necessary equipment (at home or a training facility).

  • Ideal for motivated, experienced clients who do not need real-time coaching

  • $150.00 one-time payment for Introduction to Strength Training required

  • $250.00 per month

    • monthly programming;

    • form checks and feedback via video.

 

Pay-as-you-go, $85.00 single-session rate

  • At Noble Strength Rx or online

  • 60 minute session

 

Payment is due 24-hours prior to the start of a four week training cycle or prior to an individual training session.  Billing is based on your date of enrollment.  If you enroll on April 12th, your payment for an additional month is due on the 11th of the following month. Cash or Venmo accepted.
